My name is Robert Sedlacek and I am the school psychologist for both Eli Whitney and E. H. Parkman Elementary Schools.  I also provide services for the primary grade level students of St. Bernard School.

In the Enfield Public Schools, the school psychologist provides psychoeducational evaluation and consultative services for students identified as in need of special education as well as at-risk students who may be referred for a special education eligibility determination.  Therefore, the school psychologist’s involvement with individual students typically occurs through the Student Assistance Team (SAT) and Planning and Placement Team (PPT) processes.
